The author Evan Wright relates his findings on the most elusive serial killer to date, as we spiral down into the crime world through the eyes of Manny Pardo.

Based on the characters and story from Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number by Dennaton Games, these are in a collection of unofficial fan made illustrations and comics created over the years since the release of the game. With some stories that have been redrawn exclusively for this book and others that haven't been seen online yet.
